All the properties we market have had Bank valuations, Depreciation reports and Rent appraisals done by leading independent professionals. We are with you throughout the entire process and beyond, This includes pre-settlement inspections, organising property management with recommended property managers and any future property investment needs. All properties have an up to date depreciation schedule done on settlement.

Valuations

Independent bank valuations ensure the property in question values close to asking price.

Depreciation

A Quantity Surveyor ascertains what the depreciation figures of each property are. We aim for higher than average depreciation figures.

Demographic

We use statistical data from various sources to check the ratio between owner occupiers and renters.

Rent Appraisals

We order independent rent appraisals and look for a minimum of 4.5% Rental return.
